My name is Phyllis Chen.

I am a multimedia artist who explores the dramatic and literary insights of the human mind. Or at least I hope to. I hold a BA in English from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and am currently studying for an MA in MediaXarts at Temple University.

Originating from Taiwan, I'm on a mission to sprinkle some global flair on Eastern Asian culture, and my works often take the form of augmented reality, digital illustration, traditional painting, and 2D animation.

But let's switch gears from the professional jargon because truth be told, I'm an unabashed anime weeb. My heart beats for the trifecta of reading, writing, and jamming out to music. According to the Myer-Briggs wizardry, I'm an INTJ, but I'll let you in on a secret—I'm the extroverted kind who loves to chat up a storm about all things I'm passionate about.

Quote of the day (updates constantly): Live life to the fullest because you never know when your computer will crash and you have to restart Photoshop.
